Questions and answers.
The most important organisational and medical information in one place.
How should I prepare for my first consultation?+
Bring previous treatment records, existing images and a list of medicines. Do not arrange new investigations without a recommendation. Note your questions, allergies and important medical conditions. If you are anxious or need breaks, mention this when booking.
Will treatment start at the first appointment?+
The first visit usually focuses on discussion, examination and identifying your needs. Treatment can sometimes begin, depending on the findings, available time and prior arrangements. Booking a consultation does not itself schedule a procedure. Mention pain or swelling when contacting reception.
How often should I have a dental review?+
The interval depends on your teeth and gums, decay risk and previous treatment. Your dentist or hygienist recommends a schedule individually. If pain, bleeding, swelling or a damaged restoration develops before the planned visit, contact the practice sooner rather than waiting for your review.
How can I arrange the consultation language?+
When booking, tell reception which language you would like to use with the dentist. They will confirm the options for the chosen appointment. The Polish, English and Spanish website versions help you access information, but do not mean that every consultation is available in all three languages.
